Kenton is one of the most decorated in the media business. An Edward R. Murrow, NABJ, NYSBA, and 9-time Emmy Award-winning videographer, he cut his teeth on the streets of New York City.
At age 17, Kenton began his career in news, working his way up through several local New York City stations. Currently, he is a videographer for one of the most highly regarded national news networks.
Kenton has covered some of the biggest events around the world, over his storied career. In 2013 alone, he traveled to Rome to cover the Papal Conclave, Boston for the Marathon Bombings, and spent days in the field covering Hurricane Sandy in New York. In 2014, he was recognized by the NABJ for his work in Ferguson, Missouri following the fatal shooting of unarmed teen Michael Brown. Kenton has also traveled extensively with United States Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, covering National and International news events.

Joe is an emmy nominated reporter and one of the first network multi-media journalists (MMJs) in New York. He started his career at an ABC affiliate in Wilmington, N.C. tracking down corrupt politicians and backwards sheriff's departments.
Currently Joe is a reporter and sports anchor for WPIX in New York. He covers games for the Brooklyn Nets and New York Islanders in addition to some of the biggest stories in Brooklyn.
Joe has trained young reporters from stations across the country including WHAG, WWAY, KHQA just to name a few. His work has been recognized by the AP, the RTNDA, and the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
Leslie is of the mindset that stories are what bring people together. Her love to travel and tell stories brought her to some pretty exciting places. Before joining Team BIB, Leslie worked on production teams in Florence, Italy and Sydney, Australia. While abroad she collaborated with fellow entrepreneurs in the industry to write, edit and shoot content for local television and digital platforms.
As a student, Leslie co-founded the first human-interest documentary series at her alma mater, Syracuse University. The success of the series won her and her co-founder the Best Executive Producer Team award and local recognition.
Leslie is a writer, editor and production coordinator for Team BIB. She is happy to bring her talents to Brooklyn and work in one of the most exciting cities in the world.
Meet the BIBTerns
Tyler is a videographer with the intent to bring narratives to people that will impact or challenge their lives. He has a passion to document and exhibit interesting lives and events.
At Louisiana Tech University, Tyler helps produce videos to showcase new programs and student organizations and how they can affect and help students. He leads multiple production projects to help with the university’s rebranding campaign including spotlights on deans and their colleges and specific institutes within the college. He also works as a freelance videographer to help companies tell their stories and advertise their work.
Tyler is an intern at BIB media where he develops his skills as an editor, shooter and all around production manager. He never intends to quit learning and finds that is one of his greatest assets.
Gina Giudice is a marketing strategist with a focus on social media currently working toward degrees in marketing management and accounting.
From a very young age, Gina was fascinated with a variety of social channels. From making music videos and a web series on YouTube to updating and redesigning her own blog, Gina found a love for using social media to express her creativity and communicate with others.
In more recent years, Gina has leveraged her marketing and social media skills with her role as Syracuse University’s L.L.Bean Campus Ambassador, where she created original social media content and copy to promote the brand. Gina also helped establish The Women’s Network, a registered student organization on the Syracuse campus promoting one of her most beloved causes - female empowerment. Serving on the executive board as Media Content Manager for TWN, Gina built the organization’s social media presence and created content to promote all events.
At BIB Media, Gina plans, creates, schedules, and analyzes content and copy. She is thrilled to be a part of such a well-rounded and talented team where she can openly contribute her ideas.
Aru Banks is a Senior at Syracuse University, pursing a dual major in both Computer Art & Animation and Information Management and Technology.
At BIB Media, he is able to use both his knowledge of emerging media platforms, as well as his passion for art and design to create engaging new content for a variety of different social media platforms.
Aru ultimately wants to combine his passion for art and technology to enhance story telling and blur the lines between media.
